What is the refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Payments received, minus deposits, can be refunded up to June 29, 2025. No refunds will be granted after June 30, 2025. In the case of extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be addressed on a case by case basis by the Finance Committee, and a partial refund MAY be granted.

How do I make a payment?

If you have not already register, please do so first here. If you have already registered and are making a sequential payment, first complete the payment form here and then make your payment using the Zelle QR code below. You can also use the Zelle function from your bank's website or app to send your payment to mobile number  (860)478-8742, which is registered to Marc Williams, Finance Chair.

What is included with registration?

Each registration includes meals (with the exception of Saturday night), a family reunion T-shirt, and activites for each day of your registration, for each registered family member. 

While hotel accommendations and parking are not included, rooms can be booked at the Courtyard Marriott on 4100 Presdential Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA, 19131. Call 215.477.0200 to book your room for $150.11 (including tax) and ask for the Williams-Wortham Family Reunion group rate. Rooms must be booked by July 2, 2025 to take advantage of the group rate.

 Parking is an additional $14 per day.
